1. Check-in & Check-out Policy

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may attract additional charges.

• Guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.

2. Reservation & Booking Policy

• All reservations are subject to room availability.

• A booking confirmation is issued after successful payment or reservation confirmation.

• Guests are requested to provide accurate contact and identification details while booking.

• The hotel reserves the right to verify booking details before confirming a reservation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be communicated directly to the hotel.

• Cancellation charges will depend on the applicable booking terms and rate plan.

• Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds.

• Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.

• In case of no-show, applicable booking charges may be levied.

4. Guest Identification Policy
